the financial crisis is hitting nearly every sector of the economy and job listings are less and in Germany especially lots of companies use the ” umbrella of Kurzarbeit” to reduce their staff and costs significantly!

So networking is a big element in these “harsh days” and so the SpiroFrog Jobs team is present at some events as the Cebit2009 as we reported here and tonite we are proud to particapate at this event!

Introduction
The financial crisis is amongst us and will affect everyone in some way. Nonetheless, this event is not about discussing all the bad things around us, it is about providing a high-level, positive and casual platform for people in the technology/ internet industry to exchange ideas, experiences and create new business or collaboration opportunities.
Outline
The event is organized by twidox and anyone is invited to purchase a ticket (please note, guests also need to purchase a ticket). The event will start at around 19:00. At around 19:30, there will be a number of short presentations about forthcoming challenges and opportunities in 2009. Afterwards, everyone will be able to discuss possible thoughts & experiences, synergies and collaboration opportunities, in a casual setting

Each presentation will be about 5 minutes long and centre on either a challenge or opportunity in 2009.
Date, time and location
The event will take place at Lounge2 , the premium event location in Munich, on the 18th of February. The event will start at 19:00 and the presentations at around 19:30.

Deutsche-startups is the official media partner and will feature news and information about the event. Updates will also follow via twitter and on the twidox blog .
